One day you brought home a Montessori number puzzle 1-10 for
your child. You were in a very fine mood but as soon as you heard the constant
yelling of the same, you became angry, left the puzzle in back of your car and
scolded the child. Maybe the exact same thing did not happen with you but it
could. As a parent, you should avoid some practices in order to become a great
parent.
Put a limit to scolding:
Scolding is unhealthy for both you and your child. You
should make sure that your child remains in a happy and positive environment
and not in a fearful one. Instead of scolding, you should tell your child that
he or she did a mistake and that he or she should never do that again. You
should do this in a calm manner as well.
Do not buy wasteful games:
You should not buy games that will waste the time of your
child only. You can buy a few of them but it would be better if you get educative
games like Montessori large fraction skittles with stand, Montessori
nomenclature cards for large fraction skittles, Montessori large wooden number
cards with box (1-9000), Montessori large plastic number cards with box
(1-9000) and Montessori small wooden number cards with box (1-9000).
Avoid harsh language:
This point does not need much description. Harsh language
will have a deep impact on your child’s mind so you should avoid the same at
all costs. It does not take much effort to do.
